ICAN is the children’s communication charity - experts in helping children develop the speech, language and communication skills. As a follow-up to ‘a word of mouth’ recommendation, ICAN enlisted the help of ask-re to search and find new premises following consultancy and specialist advice on business rates appeal, rent review and to negotiate as a satisfactory dilapidations deal with Landlords. Once secured and the new location agreed, ICAN retained our services to provide a comprehensive supporting role to design, fit-out, and ultimately relocate the business to its new home in Islington at Angel Gate To design the space and create a light, modern environment, appoint specialist contractors, procure high quality materials and furniture, act as project manager to coordinating the programme timetable and performance.
OUR PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
ask-re procured new systems furniture in keeping with the new premises. ask-re relocated staff from an old location to the new one, negotiated at a lower cost. ask-re upgraded the Fire Alarm systems, IT Infrastructure and data storage as part of the fit-out service.
